Horrible place to take your vehicle. I took my truck that I had just started hearing a squealing noise so I had taken it to a mechanic that was only open Sunday but he wasn’t sure about the problem, but he did mention it could be a clogged catalytic converter or manifold leak. The next day I took it to Stutz because they seem to have all the euipment and diagnosing tools but I guess it’s all for show. 3 hours after leaving my truck there they tell me I’ll need a new engine or a camshaft because the problem was in the camshaft. It would cost around 2000$ for a camshaft rebuild which is stupid because a new engine costs 1000$ and 350$ to install at a junkyard with 2 month warranty. I know because I’ve had a camaro engine installed at one of these junkyards and they do honor there 2 month warranty. 2 days later I take it to Mendoza Auto Service in La Homa Road between Mile 1 and 3 not sure but let me know if you need the number. These guys quickly figured out the problem didn’t charge me anything and referred me to a muffler shop where they would eliminate the cats and reseal the manifold. The total cost was 170$. I wish whoever diagnosed my truck is fired because this was really ridiculous. And then they gave diagnostic paper which is just a paper showing a history of repairs they’ve done throughout the years which symptoms didn’t apply to me because I clearly told them what would happen and where the squeal would come from and how it was affected by rpm and would never go away. All in all George was cool, but I wouldn’t take any advice from this guy about cars, but he is pretty cool. I dont know who the owner is but they should recertify all there team in diagnosing.

Last week I took my truck in and again excellent customer service from the time I walked in until I picked up my truck. I was surprised a few days later when I received a text from the owner to ask me how my vehicle was running and to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Do not take your vehicles there I took my vehicle there by a company that had done a diagnostics and recommended them for the result which was manner, If I had seen the reviews I would not had taken it there they claim they had to do there own diagnostics and supposedly the report was different result after having the car for 2 days they had removed the muffler and heavens knows what they did, total for repars 1300.00 for a muffler and cylinder clogged I said no picked up my vehicle when I arrived at 5:15 they had it in the shop when George had called me at 11:30 to tell me the car was ready, I took it home didnt move it until today now the vehicle turn off and is being towed to my son grandparent until I can get it to a mechanic to look at it! Beware!!!

We discovered that the catalytic converter was in need of replacement, and we had quoted you the $1,300 for the total for repair. From our end, you were only charged $86 for a diagnosis. We understand that price can be of surprise for some, but assure that everything will be repaired in a professional manner. DON'T GO THERE! I spent $225 to get my brake and turn signals working. Two tries and 1 mile later nothing worked. I called them they told me it was too late and he was late for dinner. If you go because you got a discount coupon--forget it; they will not honor it unless you post a positive review. IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME TRUSTING THEM. Everybody body deserves a 2nd chance, you develop trust and go on from there; I DON'T TRUST THESE "MECHANICS AND GARAGE". They should paint over the writing on the wall that reads "WE DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME". I gave them an opportunity to make it right twice. I called them to express my disappointment and they only made me feel like it was my fault.
